With Sr Aleman in his office at the admin bldg in Balboa. Sr. Aleman is the head of the ACP, Autoridad del Canal de Panama, (Panama Canal Authority) the arm of the Panamanian govt that runs the Panama Canal and is responsible for the Canal Expansion now underway.He has commissioned three paintings of the Canal Expansion for his retirement next year.
